The Columbus Museum
The Columbus Museum is unique in the Southeast for its dual presentation of American art and regional history. The museum features changing art exhibitions and two permanent galleries, Chattahoochee Legacy (the history of the Chattahoochee Valley) and Transformations (an interactive discovery gallery).

Open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Every Thursday, the museum is open until 9 p.m.

Port Columbus Civil War Naval Center
Tells the story of the U.S. and Confederate navies during the Civil War. The museum features two original Confederate warships recovered from the Chattahoochee River along with uniforms, weapons, models and art that tell the story of this little known aspect of the American Civil War.

National Infantry Museum
The National Infantry Museum and Soldier Center at Patriot Park contains one of the largest collections of military art and artifacts, and follows the steps of the American Infantryman soldier across two centuries of courage and determination. You can also experience movies like never before in the IMAX Theatre, find a treasured souvenir in the gift shop, and dine in the Fife & Drum Restaurant.

Pine Mountain Trail
Located in FDR State Park in Harris County, the 23-mile trail starts at the western end of the FDR Park at entrance on Ga. Highway 190 and terminates on the eastern end of the WJSP-TV tower on Ga. Highway 85W.

Pasaquan
St. EOM’s Pasaquan, located near Buena Vista, Ga., is one of the premier visionary art sites in North America. Pasaquan was built over a 30-year period by eccentric artist Eddie Owens Martin (1908-1986), who called himself St. EOM.

The Joseph House Gallery
